1. Who these terms cover
SAKG means “Start Again, Keep Going”. These terms cover the SAKG website and the account and profile features of our Nigerian fitness community app. The app is being developed; features described as planned are not promises of immediate availability. 2. Age and your account
You must be at least 18 to create a SAKG account. Use accurate account information, keep sign-in codes private and do not let another person use your account. Email and Google sign-in are the initial login methods. Phone sign-in is not currently enabled. Tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3. Respect the community
Do not harass, threaten, impersonate others, publish unlawful content, exploit another person’s private information, or attempt to bypass access controls. Do not use automated activity or false records to manipulate future fitness rewards. We may restrict or suspend accounts to protect members and investigate misuse. You may contact us to ask for a review.
4. Your profile and content
You keep ownership of information and content you submit. You give SAKG permission to store and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. Only submit material you have the right to use. Optional social handles are displayed publicly only when you choose to share them. Your phone number, consent records and private referral details are not public profile fields. Workout uploads and community posting are planned features and are not yet available in the initial account release.
5. Fitness and health
SAKG is for general fitness information and community support. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency care. Choose activities appropriate to your health and ability. Stop if an activity causes pain or makes you unwell. See a qualified doctor for serious or lasting pain and seek urgent medical help for an emergency. Diet plans and an AI guide are planned features; they do not replace professional advice.
6. Rewards and purchases
Coupons, streak rewards, gifts, coaching and purchases are planned features. No entitlement to a reward or payment is created by registering an account or visiting this website. When those features become available, eligibility and any purchase terms will be explained before use.
7. Privacy and account requests
Our Privacy Policy explains the information used for accounts, optional profile sharing, service providers and your privacy choices. You can ask for access, correction or deletion by emailing sakglimited@gmail.com from your registered address. We may need to verify that the account is yours before acting on a request.
8. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep SAKG reliable, but development releases may have interruptions or errors. Use the service responsibly and report problems. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law gives you or excludes responsibility where it cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
These terms are version 2026-10-11. We will publish updates here and bring material changes to your attention in the app when appropriate. If renewed consent is needed, we will request it.
